RBFCU Awards $20,000 to First Spurs Educator Spotlight Sweepstakes Winners
LIVE OAK, Texas (Oct. 29, 2025) — Thousands of San Antonio Spurs fans saw firsthand how we Go Beyond Banking at RBFCU when we took to the court at the Frost Bank Center on Sunday and Monday to present a total of $20,000 to area educators.
The back-to-back days of donations on the Spurs home court marked the official kickoff of the RBFCU-sponsored Spurs Educator Spotlight Sweepstakes, where teachers receive free Spurs tickets and a check for $2,000 each!
President/CEO Mark Sekula and Board Chair Ed Polansky joined the first five winners Sunday, while EVP/CLO Robert Zearfoss and CUSO SVP Ed Bronnenberg presented the awards to the second batch of five winners Monday.
