You can also use Move Money to make domestic and international wire transfers, get a Cash Advance on your RBFCU Mastercard® credit card, and pay your bills with RBFCU Bill Pay™!

To access Move Money, tap the “Move Money” icon at the bottom of the RBFCU Mobile app, or sign in to your Online Banking account and select the “Move Money” menu.

  • Why did a transfer automatically go into account xxxx?

    Default accounts are picked based on the member’s most used account. If you’d like to change your default account:

    1. Sign in to your Online Banking account on or the RBFCU Mobile app.
    2. Select the “My Profile” icon in the top right corner of the screen.
    3. Select “Profile Settings.”
    4. Select “Update” under “Account Settings.”
    5. Toggle the “Receive funds from other RBFCU members” option to on (green) for your preferred default account.

    If you accept funds from a sender before making this change, you can perform a transfer by choosing “Transfer Money to Myself or Joint” from the “Move Money” menu in Online Banking, or by tapping “Move Money,” then “Transfer/Send Money,” then “Send Money to Myself or Joint” in the RBFCU Mobile app.

  • Where is my 'Favorites' list?

    To see the accounts in your Favorites list:

    1. Sign in to your Online Banking account on or the RBFCU Mobile app.
    2. Select the “Move Money” menu.
    3. Next, select
      1. Online Banking: “Send Money to Someone Else,” or
      2. RBFCU Mobile app: “Transfer/Send Money,” then “Send Money to Someone Else.”
    4. Choose the “Account” option. Your Favorites will be listed in the “To” drop-down for easy access when setting up a transfer.
  • How long do I have to accept an incoming transfer?

    You only need to accept the first incoming transfer to acknowledge the funds will be received to the default account. You then have two days to accept the transfer before the request will expire. After the first text is replied to, the member will receive text Alerts notifying them of the transfer but will not have to perform any action to receive the funds.

  • I synced my contacts to the RBFCU Mobile app and I want to remove them. How can I remove my contacts?

    Go to your phone settings > Privacy > Contacts and turn off the contacts for the RBFCU Mobile app.

  • What if I accidentally transfer funds to the wrong account?

RBFCU does not charge a fee for the RBFCU Mobile app, but you may be charged for data by your mobile wireless provider. Transfers are limited to the available funds in your account. See the RBFCU Funds Availability Policy for details.

*Features using contacts to transfer and request money are currently available on the RBFCU Mobile app only.

Cash Advances and Balance Transfers may not exceed your available credit limit. The use of a Mastercard Cash Advance to transfer a balance will result in a Cash Advance Fee. Cash back rewards or points are not earned on Balance Transfers or Cash Advances. Terms subject to change; other restrictions apply. Contact the Payment Services Department for complete details.

RBFCU Bill Pay™ is a free service for members. Additional fees will apply for using the Bill Pay Same Day service. Members who do not pay at least one bill per month for three consecutive months will automatically be removed from this service. RBFCU Checking required to use Bill Pay.
