  • HAL - Automated account information

    HAL, our automated account access system, gives you access to your account information 24/7. To access HAL, call

    You can get current information including:

    • Balances
    • Deposits
    • Dividends paid
    • Specific checks cleared
    • Withdrawals
    • Loan balances
    • Payment due dates

    HAL also allows you to:

    • Transfer funds within your account
    • Transfer funds between accounts
    • Make loan and Mastercard® payments
    • Report a lost or stolen card

  • Technical support

    If you experience technical issues while using RBFCU’s website or Online Banking platforms, call Online Banking Services at

    and a representative will be able to provide remote assistance from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

    The representative will provide you with a six-digit PIN. Enter the PIN in the box below, and click “Connect.”

    By clicking “Connect,” you’ll temporarily grant the representative view-only permission to your computer. The representative will only be able to view your computer screen, and will not be able to access your computer in any other way.

    Once connected, the representative will be able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue and provide troubleshooting suggestions.
