To report a lost or stolen card, call 1-800-580-3300 and select option 4 from the menu to speak to a Payment Services representative.

HAL — Automated account information
HAL, our automated account access system, gives you access to your account information 24/7. You can get current information including:
- Balances
- Deposits
- Dividends paid
- Specific checks cleared
- Withdrawals
- Loan balances
- Payment due dates
HAL also allows you to:
- Transfer funds within your account
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Make loan and MasterCard® payments
- Report a lost or stolen card
To access HAL, call 1-800-580-3300. You will be requested to input your HAL passcode to access your account information. To learn your passcode, call our Member Service Center at 1-800-580-3300.
Technical support remote assistance tool
If you experience technical issues while using RBFCU’s website or online banking platforms, call Online Banking Services at 1-800-580-3300, ext. 53774, and a representative will be able to provide remote assistance from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
The representative will provide you with a six-digit PIN. Enter the PIN in the box below, and click “Connect.”
By clicking “Connect,” you’ll temporarily grant the representative view-only permission to your computer. The representative will only be able to view your computer screen, and will not be able to access your computer in any other way.
Once connected, the representative will be able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue and provide troubleshooting suggestions.
