Monitor your account and transactions with customized email and text alerts.

To set up alerts: Sign in to your Online Banking account, then select the avatar at the top right of your Account Summary. Click “Set Alerts,” then select the options to enable/update alerts.

Pay your bills on the go

Instead of signing in to multiple sites or paying for stamps to send by mail, you can make the process easier with our online and mobile bill pay options.

To enroll in Bill Pay: Sign in to your Online Banking account, then select the “Move Money” tab and click “Pay Bills.” Your Bill Pay profile will populate. If you are not enrolled, you will automatically be taken to an enrollment screen to start the process.

Make deposits from your device

Deposit checks remotely from a mobile phone or tablet, a scanner or a digital camera. Make deposits anywhere and save time instead of visiting a branch.

To use deposits: Sign in to your Online Banking account, select the three vertical dots to the right of your available balance to access the “I Want To …” menu, then click “eDeposit.”

To enroll in paperless statements, sign in to your Online Banking account, then select the “View Services” tab, and select “Paperless Option.” Click the toggle button to turn on Paperless Statements and Documents.

  • How do I turn off a text or email alert on my account?

    To manage your account alerts:
    1. Sign in to your Online Banking account.
    2. Click on the “View Services” tab.
    3. Under the “Set Alerts” section, select an option (e.g., "Account & Loan Alerts," "Card Alerts" or "Other Alerts") to set your alert preferences.

  • Is there a charge for electronic bill pay?
    No, it is a free service.
  • How do I enroll in online statements?

    To sign up for online statements:
    1. Sign in to your Online Banking account.
    2. Click on the “View Services” tab.
    3. Under “Documents,” click “Paperless Option.”
    4. Read the “Paperless Terms & Conditions.”
    5. Next to “Paperless Statement(s) and Documents,” switch the button to “On.”

  • Who is eligible for mobile and online deposit? How do I know if I am eligible?

    Members must have their savings or checking account open for a minimum of 15 days and not have any derogatory information on their account (e.g., delinquent payments) to be eligible for mobile deposits. Members who meet the product requirements will have “Make eDeposit” in the “I want to” drop-down menu on the “Account Summary” page. Members can also see if they qualify by going to their “My Profile” link in the top right corner of the page. There members will select the “Member Services” link. Under the eDeposits section, members will see whether or not they are eligible to make deposits online.

Bill Pay is a free service for members. Additional fees will apply for using the Bill Pay Same Day service. Members who do not pay at least one bill per month for three consecutive months will automatically be removed from this service. RBFCU Checking required to use Bill Pay. IRA statements, error resolution notices, tax statements or any additional financial documentation required by law will still be mailed until further notice. Enrolling in Alerts is free, but you may be charged for text messages by your mobile wireless provider. Alerts are a supplemental service and are not a replacement for responsible account review and management. You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred on your account whether you receive your Alerts or not. eDeposits are available for qualified members only. Certain restrictions apply. Daily and monthly deposit limitations may apply. All eDeposits are subject to our Funds Availability Policy.
