RBFCU Expands Leadership with New Vice President Promotions and Appointments
Evan Fournet, Dana Rasso and Ramon Mendoza II advance to Vice President roles, while Pooja Tejwani and Steve Gonzalez join RBFCU as Vice Presidents, supporting strategic growth across learning, mortgage, branch operations and technology.
LIVE OAK, Texas (June 26, 2026) — Growth continues to be a theme at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU), and leadership roles are expanding with the announcement of three new Vice President promotions and two new Vice President appointments. RBFCU announces the promotions of Evan Fournet as Vice President of Learning & Development, Dana Rasso as Vice President of Mortgage Retail, and Ramon Mendoza II as Regional Vice President – San Antonio Branch Operations. The credit union also welcomes Pooja Tejwani to RBFCU as Vice President-IT Applications and Steve Gonzalez as Vice President-IT Operations.
By promoting proven leaders from within and adding experienced talent from outside the organization, RBFCU is strengthening its leadership to drive progress and advance its mission to improve members’ economic well-being and quality of life.

Meet Our Newest Leaders
Evan Fournet, Vice President of Learning & Development
With more than 20 years at RBFCU, Fournet has focused her career on advancing employee development and organizational excellence. She began in Branch Operations in 2003 and quickly became a leader in Learning & Development. Her roles included as Senior Training Specialist, Learning & Development Manager and Assistant Vice President.
Well known for creating engaging learning environments, Fournet has led initiatives that help our employees enhance service to members and internal teams as well. Her strategic approach and collaborative mindset have played key roles in strengthening RBFCU’s culture, elevating leadership skills and supporting the credit union’s ongoing growth.
Fournet is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and a master's degree in education.
Dana Rasso, Vice President of Mortgage Retail
During the past nine years, Rasso has served in key leadership roles at RBFCU including Assistant Vice President-Mortgage Retail and Domain Mortgage Operations, Business Lending Process Manager and Mortgage Processing Manager. She has implemented ideas aimed to facilitate home ownership among Spanish-speaking members, expanded outreach through home lending initiatives and has led collaborative mortgage lobby days with branch teams.
Rasso’s work with realtors and organizations such as the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the San Antonio Board of Realtors has enhanced referral networks and improved the borrowing experience for members. She consistently champions innovation, works to reduce friction points for members and upholds RBFCU’s culture of service and excellence.
Rasso is a graduate of the University of Pheonix and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
Ramon Mendoza II, Regional Vice President – San Antonio Branch Operations
Starting his career at RBFCU in September 2006, Mendoza brings nearly two decades of leadership and operational expertise to the organization. Mendoza's roles at RBFCU include AVP-Senior Branch Manager where he was responsible for overseeing multiple branches, driving strategic growth and fostering staff development. His experience spans leading all aspects of branch management, compliance, production and community engagement with a strong track record of empowering teams to achieve organizational goals and embracing innovation.
Throughout his career, Mendoza has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and member service, establishing strategic partnerships and strengthening RBFCU’s presence in the community. He is skilled in public speaking, relationship-building and mentoring, consistently promoting a culture of adaptability and high performance.
Ramon Mendoza is a proud graduate of East Central High School.
Pooja Tejwani, Vice President-IT Applications
Tejwani joins RBFCU as Vice President-IT Applications, bringing more than 20 years of technology leadership experience across credit unions and Fortune 100 organizations, including BECU, USAA and The Home Depot. She has led enterprise-wide modernization, engineering and digital transformation initiatives within financial services and is known for building high-performing teams and aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.
As a new addition to the credit union’s leadership team, Tejwani will help advance RBFCU’s technology capabilities by overseeing application strategy, innovation and operational alignment across key systems and services.
Tejwani holds a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has completed executive education in leadership and communication at the University of California, Berkeley, as well as leadership training through the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Steve Gonzalez, Vice President-IT Operations
Gonzalez joins RBFCU as Vice President-IT Operations after previously serving as Chief Technology Officer for Del Valle ISD and Seguin ISD, where he directed enterprise-wide digital strategy, multi-year technology roadmaps and technical operations supporting large user groups across complex environments.
As a new member of RBFCU’s leadership team, Gonzalez will oversee IT operations with a focus on performance, resilience and service support, helping ensure the credit union’s technology infrastructure continues to meet the needs of a growing organization.
Gonzalez holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in business administration/management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Leaders like Fournet, Rasso, Mendoza, Tejwani, and Gonzalez will play key roles as RBFCU continues to grow and prepares for its anticipated merger with True Sky Federal Credit Union.
