RBFCU Breaks Ground on New Branch in Manor
Groundbreaking for the latest location in Manor marks a commitment to growth in Central Texas
LIVE OAK, Texas (May 19, 2025) — Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) has proudly served Texas communities for seven decades. It continues its commitment to Central Texas with a new branch in Manor, which had its official groundbreaking today, May 19. This will be RBFCU’s 65th branch since the financial institution’s inception in 1952.
When the credit union opened its doors in Central Texas 30 years ago in 1995, RBFCU had $726 million in assets and a vision to serve our members. Today, RBFCU still works to serve its members and communities but is now the largest credit union in Texas with more than $18 billion in assets and over 1.2 million members.
“RBFCU is committed to fulfilling its mission and improving our members’ economic well-being and quality of life, and that means meeting the members where they’re at,” RBFCU CEO and President Mark Sekula said. “We bring the credit union advantage to the forefront of our operations. We go beyond banking, and as a credit union, we are not driven by profit but by the financial well-being of our members. This typically means lower fees, higher rates of return on deposits, and competitive loan rates compared to other financial institutions. We focus on serving our members and reinvesting in our communities, like Manor, which sets us apart from other financial institutions.”
The Manor Branch will be located at 10607 U.S. Highway 290 E., Manor, Texas 78653, and is expected to open in early 2026. While RBFCU members in Manor and the surrounding area will be easily served at the new location upon opening, they can conduct self-serve transactions and access robust digital products on Online Banking at rbfcu.org or on the RBFCU Mobile® app.
