Direct Deposit Issue Resolved

LIVE OAK, Texas (April 17, 2026) — Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) has resolved the issue affecting the credit union’s direct deposits. Members can expect to begin to see their deposits as soon as today, Friday, April 17, 2026.

We would like to thank our membership for their patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

Where is my paycheck?
RBFCU was experiencing a delay in ACH deposit processing on Friday, April 17, 2026, but it has been resolved. You should see your paycheck deposited in your account later today. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

Where is my direct deposit?
RBFCU was experiencing a delay in processing direct deposits to members on Friday, April 17, 2026, but it has been resolved. You should see your direct deposit later today. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
