How to Spot, Stop and Prevent Elder Fraud

RBFCU and the City of Keller Police Department invite you to join us on National Senior Fraud Awareness Day for a live educational seminar providing an overview of elder abuse awareness.

Learn how to help protect older adults by recognizing, reporting, and helping prevent fraud. This presentation will highlight current fraud trends affecting older adults and review common scams that target seniors. It will also cover key warning signs such as urgency, secrecy, and unusual payment requests originating from unexpected calls or text messages.

Attendees will also learn recommended steps to take if fraud is suspected, along with practical guidance for families and caregivers to help protect aging loved ones. Awareness and timely action are critical to prevention.
