RBFCU Online Banking Platform is Redesigned for Members

LIVE OAK, Texas (Oct. 25, 2018) — RBFCU is making it easier for its members and business owners to manage their online accounts with the launch of its updated Online Banking platform.

RBFCU Online Banking offers the same products and services our members have trusted, but with an enhanced look and feel. Features include improved navigation, as well as enhanced functionality and optimization across multiple devices. This redesign was built with the members’ needs in mind to make accessing account information easier.

“Our redesign was aimed at making it easier to navigate accounts and explore new products, but more importantly to improve functionality,” Executive Vice President Mary O’Rourke said. “We hope that these enhancements improve the online banking experience for our members, regardless of the device they are using.”

Online Banking is the latest development that the credit union has made available for members so they can more easily handle their transactions on demand. For example, all aspects of a car loan, whether a member is buying through RBFCU’s list of preferred dealers or our partnership with Carvana, can be handled on one platform through Online Banking.

Members can access Online Banking and all of their accounts through rbfcu.org, which also saw an improvement last year with a relaunch that enabled more financial education resources on mobile platforms and moved RBFCU further into the digital landscape.

RBFCU sees technology as vital for members, so they can interact with the credit union and know that their finances are being protected.

Within the past months RBFCU has improved technology with text verification to members for passwords, enhanced security of password encryption, multifactor authentication for potentially high-risk transfers and immediate use of debit cards through PIN-based activation.
