Mortgage Life & Disability Insurance

Protecting your home mortgage obligation – and providing peace of mind for yourself and your family – has never been easier or more flexible.

Chances are your home is the single greatest investment you will make during your lifetime. RB Financial LLC would like to help you protect your mortgage investment with the Home Assurance®.

Our mortgage protection program is affordably priced, individually underwritten and includes both Life Protection and Disability Protection. You may purchase them separately or together, and joint coverage is also available. The premiums are paid separately, so your monthly mortgage payment and term will not increase.

Life Protection helps prevent your mortgage loan balance from becoming a financial burden should you pass away. In the event of a covered claim, the determined mortgage life benefit will be paid directly to your designated beneficiary. The maximum coverage available is $300,000. If you need additional coverage, please call RB Financial where additional resources are available.

Disability Protection provides a monthly benefit if you are unable to work due to a covered injury or illness. For each month you are disabled under the policy, a payment will be made to you, up to $2,000, to help cover your mortgage obligation.

Home Assurance is the only mortgage insurance product officially endorsed by Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union.
