You were there when I needed you!
I was in the middle of a difficult time in my life. I had lost my hearing completely on my right ear and wearing a hearing aid on my left. Doctors decided to do a cochlear implant I was in need of help with my copayment. I was banking at several banks for years. When I turned for help, they told me they could not help me. I was not even a member at RBFCU when I walk in to the bank, they welcomed me very openly and as I explained my situation they did not hesitate to help they even have a video to expedite loans. My loan was approved! Right away I became a member and I have closed all my other bank accounts. All I could say was Thank You so much for begin there when I needed you.

Best Credit Union In The SA Area!
After 20 years of Membership with another local/regional Credit Union that seemed more concerned with expanding their footprint than serving their Members, I decided it was time move on. After some side by side comparisons with other Credit Unions and Banks in the local area, I decided that RBFCU would be my primary institution. Not only are their rates and fees better for everyday needs, but RBFCU provides that level of Member appreciation and service that any financial institution should be expected to provide it's account holders/Members! Setting up the accounts was so easy, Member Service Reps were available by phone to assist when I had a question during the process. Thank you RBFCU! Sorry it took me 20 years to make the switch, but I'm here and happy now!

efficiency
thru out my life I have dealt with many financial institutions. my first experience with a credit union was in Minnesota. since then I have always tried to stay with one wherever I was at. Here in the Randolph-Brooks arena I have found nothing but complete efficiency with the employees. I have made friends with some and that is a good thing. I am constantly telling people that they should check you out if they are with a bank of any kind. I tell them of the rewards that you have, e.g., rewards for using the debit card, no charge for a checking account, low auto loans, equity loans, etc. I sincerely appreciate all that you do for us without complaining as some others do in banks. your people always have a smile for us and are very friendly and efficient. please express my appreciation to your employees from a faithful customer.

Great experience
From day one my banking experience with RBFCU has been the best feeling I ever had with a bank . Not only have I been approved for everything they have showed me better ways to get my rates down even lower. Would like to say thanks for everything !

Government Shutdown
I just want to say THANK YOU to RBFCU. When I called to let them know I was part of the Government Shutdown, they gave me peace of mind. They said "Don't worry, we have a plan" You don't know the weight that was lifted off my shoulders. Thank you for caring for your members and helping us through this difficult time! THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!
