Time, time, time
We've been together many years now, it started in 1984 at Randolph Brooks Air Force Base. Over the years we have grown together and we have a wonderful personal relationship and now we share business success. It's been step by step and it's true that through time every thing gets better. Thank you for being a credit union that focuses on the person and encourages each member to grow. Thank you for growing across the state of Texas.

We've been together a long time!
I was working on Brooks Air Force Base in 1971 when I joined the RBFCU. It has been my exclusive banking institution ever since. I have gone through a divorce, raising kids, getting grandkids etc and through it all RBFCU has been there for me. I have had six car loans and several personal loans and they have only needed a phone call to set these up. I will stay with RBFCU till the end now. Who else could I trust to take such good care of me and my family!!!!

Awesome Service
I have been a member of RBFCU for nearly 5 years now. I have had nothing but great experiences since then, to present. RBFCU staff, quite the friendly team. Keep up the stellar service, and I look forward when RBFCU can install and implement making deposits via the ATMs, a rather convenient and a time-saver for its members.

YOU picked up the phone.
I have been a member since 2003. The customer service at RBFCU is nothing but exemplary. Of course, I didn't realize this until 2013. In the past I have had auto loans, credit cards and other type of loans with RBFCU. All I had to do was call and within an hour, there was always a response. This past couple of years was the hardest I have ever experienced in my life. My mother passed away in May, 2013, I lost my job the day I returned to work from burying her. I was out of a job for over a year. I was so broken. I have been working since I was 15 years old, and at the most difficult time in my life, I virtually lost everything, my home, my 401K vanished. I had to apply for food stamps I was so embarrassed and felt so helpless and honestly didn't believe I could get help from anywhere, including RBFCU. I had outstanding obligations to RBFCU that I couldn't honor. But, a Representative from RBFCU called and offered me a hand up. Not a way out, but options to help me get back on my feet. Sometimes my payments are late because I am still trying to juggle the income versus the other obligations I had prior to losing my job. Just one more pay check and I will consider myself a success. Not because I am good at my job, but, because I will be back on track with RBFCU and able to start saving again. It has been slow, but now I am employed and once again feel human. Although I live FOUR states away, there are no bank branches or participating ATMs in my area, I will not do without RBFCU. My checks are direct deposited, I have utilized the "deposit checks by phone" feature. Anytime I call with a question there is always a kind, caring, willing, and understanding PERSON on the other end. Thank you RBFCU, you helped in a way you can not imagine.

RBFCU helped me keep my home during divorce
In 2000 I was getting a divorce and quite concerned on keeping the home and land. My soon to be ex was not concerned about the home and property and we self mediated the divorce. We were able to agree that I would take on the mortgage of the home and land. I immediately contacted the credit union and spoke to a representative and she was so kind. She told me exactly what to do to get the home and property mortgage transferred to myself. I still have the home and property.
