RBFCU Promotes Madrid to Vice President of Collections
LIVE OAK, Texas (Jan. 12, 2016) — Jeffrey Madrid was recently named vice president of collections for Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union. Madrid has been a member of the credit union team since 2008 and most recently served as the assistant vice president of collections.
In his new position, Madrid will develop and oversee new strategies and processes to ensure effective and efficient daily operations to drive performance within the collections department for consumer and commercial lending.
“Having served for many years with RBFCU, other financial institutions, as well as the auto industry, Jeff has a proven track record as a leader and expert in his field,” said Sonya McDonald, chief lending officer for RBFCU. “His knowledge of the financial services sector and collections process is an invaluable asset to his team and the credit union,” McDonald said.
Madrid also holds a bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University.
