RBFCU Lobbies Available by Appointment Only Beginning July 20
LIVE OAK, Texas (July 16, 2020) — Beginning Monday, July 20, RBFCU lobby services will be available by appointment only at our branch locations and corporate headquarters as we prioritize health and safety.
Please call 1-800-580-3300 to schedule an appointment. If you must visit an RBFCU location, you are required to wear a face covering, use precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and follow the directions of RBFCU employees.
We will continue to offer services to our members at drive-thru lanes. To see the drive-thru hours of all RBFCU locations, visit rbfcu.org/BranchMaps. If you need to make a deposit, you can do so at our drive-thru ATMs or through the RBFCU Mobile app.
Access your accounts online 24/7
We strongly encourage our members to utilize RBFCU services that do not require visiting a location. This includes:
- Establishing secure access to your accounts on rbfcu.org and the RBFCU Mobile app, if you have not already done so. To set up your Online Banking account, use your computer or device and go to rbfcu.org and click “First-Time User.” Also, be sure to download the RBFCU Mobile app through Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store for Android devices.
