Face Masks Required at RBFCU Facilities

LIVE OAK, Texas (March 4, 2021) — RBFCU will continue to require everyone to wear masks or face coverings inside all credit union facilities as we remain committed to prioritizing the health and safety of our members and employees.

While Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has lifted the “mask mandate” effective Wednesday, March 10, RBFCU will continue to follow and enforce our current mask policy that includes recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Members and visitors who do not wish to wear a face covering will continue to be directed to the drive-thru area. Other public health precautions in branch lobbies, including Plexiglas panels at teller windows, social distancing floor decals and hand sanitizer, will remain in place. Signage at the entrance of our branch locations will remind members of these policies.

If you are COVID-19 positive, please do not visit a branch location; instead, sign in to your Online Banking account to chat with a Member Service Representative or call 210-945-3300 for service options.

We strongly encourage our members to utilize RBFCU services that do not require visiting a location. Members can securely access to their accounts and conduct most banking transactions through our Online Banking platform at rbfcu.org or the RBFCU Mobile app.

Thank you, our valued members, for working with us as we continue to navigate the pandemic and slow the spread of COVID-19.
