Face Covering Requirements at RBFCU Facilities

LIVE OAK, Texas (June 22, 2020) — As we keep safety foremost at RBFCU, our credit union is requiring face coverings for everyone — members, visitors and employees — while inside an RBFCU facility. Face masks will be provided for members and visitors at the door if they do not have one. As a reminder, we’ll have signs posted at the entrance of our branch locations.

Thank you, our valued members, for working with us during a challenging time to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Those members and visitors who do not wish to wear a face covering will be directed to the drive-thru area. RBFCU also offers members secure access to their accounts and the ability to conduct most banking transactions through our Online Banking platform on rbfcu.org, or the new RBFCU Mobile app. Convenient help also is available by calling the Member Service Center at 1-800-580-3300 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the use of a cloth face covering can help slow the spread of COVID-19. To read the CDC recommendation on face coverings, click here.

RBFCU continues to evaluate public-health developments during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our plans are flexible and will be adjusted as conditions warrant.

Members who use the lobbies at our branch locations will notice safeguards we have installed to protect the interaction between members and RBFCU employees. Plexiglas panels are in place in front of tellers and floor decals remind everyone to follow social distancing. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance.
