Debit card issues

To report a lost or stolen card, call 1-800-580-3300 and select option 4 from the menu to speak to a Payment Services representative.

To report card fraud, call

HAL — Automated account information

HAL, our automated account access system, gives you access to your account information 24/7. You can get current information including:

  • Balances
  • Deposits
  • Dividends paid
  • Specific checks cleared
  • Withdrawals
  • Loan balances

HAL also allows you to:

  • Transfer funds within your account
  • Transfer funds between accounts
