Report Lost/Stolen Card
You can report a lost or stolen Freedom debit card by contacting our Member Service Center at 210-945-3300 (San Antonio), 512-833-3300
(Austin), or 1-800-580-3300. To speak with a fraud representative, select option 4 from the main menu.
Members can also freeze, unfreeze and report a lost/stolen debit or credit card via our online channels:
- NetBranch Online: After logging into your account, select "Manage Cards" below the "Services" tab on the left. Select the card you would like to report lost or stolen.
- RBFCU Mobile app: After logging into your account, tap "My Profile" at the bottom of the screen and then select "Manage Cards." Select the card you would like to report lost or stolen.
