RBFCU OPENS DRIPPING SPRINGS BRANCH

Ballard Named Branch Manager

LIVE OAK, Texas - Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union opened its newest branch this week, officially becoming part of the Dripping Springs community. The new branch, located at 1040 Rob Shelton Blvd. (across from HEB) is the credit union's 15th location in the greater Austin area.

The new Dripping Springs branch will offer local members convenience, value and exceptional service. The branch is a full-service location, allowing credit union members to complete all their financial business - from opening checking accounts and safe deposit boxes to securing loans to preparing for retirement - on-site.

Kimberly Ballard has been selected as assistant vice president/branch manager for the Dripping Springs location. Ballard has been a member of the RBFCU team for more than six years and most recently served as the branch manager for the credit union's Marshall Road (San Antonio) location. She is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin. Ballard has long-standing ties in the Dripping Springs and Austin area, as her husband grew up in the local community.

"With the addition of this new branch, we are showing our commitment to growing in the Dripping Springs community," said Mark Matthews, assistant vice president of business development and community relations for RBFCU. "The new branch, in conjunction with other programs like our energy-saver partnership with Pedernales Electric Cooperative, show that we are committed to helping credit union members save time, save money and earn money right here in Dripping Springs."

All community members are invited to visit the Dripping Springs branch Aug. 24 for a community day celebration. Regular business hours for the branch are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with extended drive-thru hours on weekdays.
