RBFCU Promotes Finch to Vice President, Director of Austin Operations

LIVE OAK, Texas - Robert Finch was recently promoted to vice president, director of Austin operations with Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU). During the past several years, RBFCU has seen tremendous expansion in the Austin area, and with that growth continuing, it was time to appoint a leader to deepen the credit union's presence and efficiency in the market.

Finch has been a member of the RBFCU team since 2005 and quickly advanced to the leadership team as branch manager at the Gold Canyon branch. In 2010, he was promoted to regional vice president for the Austin area, and in this role he has been responsible for overseeing operations at 12 branches. Prior to joining RBFCU, Finch was employed in the credit union industry.

“Robert has a proven track record of leadership and business acumen, and we are confident he will be able to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Austin operations,” said John Kelly, chief operating officer. “His experience has made him an asset to our team, and he will bring a wealth of knowledge to his new position.”
