LIVE OAK, Texas — Donnie Carroll recently joined the Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union business development team. In this role, he will build relationships and provide affordable, high-value financial resources to businesses, school districts and community organizations in the greater Austin area.

“Donnie is a valuable resource for our team, because he truly knows the ins-and-outs of the public school system,” said Mark Matthews, business development director for RBFCU. “Our credit union has built strong relationships with dozens of school districts across South Central Texas, and Donnie will be a valuable resource in strengthening these connections and adding new ones as well.”

Prior to this position at RBFCU, Carroll spent his career as an educator and school administrator. Most recently, he was employed as the director of human resources at Uvalde CISD. Carroll earned his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and his master's of education degree from Angelo State University.
