O'CONNOR NAMED CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER FOR
RANDOLPH-BROOKS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
Regional, Branch Leaders Named

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union recently named Chris O'Connor as Chief Operations Officer. The credit union's rapid, continuing expansion created the need for this new role, which will focus on overseeing RBFCU's day-to-day operations.

O'Connor began his career with RBFCU in 1989 as the director of internal audit. He has also held positions in mortgage lending, member service and consumer lending. His most recent role within the credit union was senior vice president of consumer lending.

O'Connor earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

As part of the growth within RBFCU, the credit union has also added several new branch locations throughout South Central Texas. Amanda Orr was named branch manager for the new Bitters and 1604 branch, while Christina Gutierrez will assume the position of the IH-10@UTSA branch location. Gutierrez accepted the branch manager position when previous manager Robert Finch was promoted to regional vice president of the RBFCU Austin region.

This additional growth and development will serve RBFCU well as the credit union continues to build its South Central Texas infrastructure. "We look forward to many exciting opportunities as we build an organizational structure that will serve many thousands of current and future members throughout our service area," said RBFCU President and CEO Randy M. Smith.
