LIVE OAK, Texas – Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union recently named three new executives to its senior leadership team.

Jackie Anselmo was promoted to senior vice president, branch operations. Anselmo will be responsible for overseeing branch personnel at 37 locations ranging throughout South Central Texas. Anselmo has more than 30 years of experience in the credit union industry.

Sonya McDonald was promoted to senior vice president, market development. After earning her degree at the University of Texas at Austin, McDonald began a career in financial marketing and market analysis. She currently manages marketing and market analysis, business development, sales, public relations and government affairs for RBFCU.

Charlotte Norton was promoted to senior vice president, central operations. Norton has been a member of the RBFCU team since 1993 and most recently held the position of vice president of card services. Prior to beginning work at the credit union, her experience included work with other local financial institutions. She is an alumnus of Texas State University.
