RBFCU Promotes Ventura to AVP, Business Lending Development

LIVE OAK, Texas — Gerardo Ventura was recently promoted to assistant vice president of business lending development at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union.

Ventura has been with RBFCU for four years. He began his career at the credit union as a business lending officer, focusing on loan reviews and origination, closing nearly $40 million in new loans.

He has more than 20 years in the financial industry, and more than 18 years in commercial lending, which is his specialty. During this time he has financed over $250 million in commercial lending.

"I'm really honored to be making this transition and growing my role here at RBFCU," Ventura said. "I will be responsible for establishing new lending relationships in the communities we serve, as well as continuing my role as a business loan officer – a challenge I am truly excited for."
