FARROW, LAFOSSE ASSUME ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AT
RANDOLPH-BROOKS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

LIVE OAK, Texas – Peter Farrow was named Chief Information Officer for Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union. Farrow previously served the credit union as the vice president of project management and process improvement.

Farrow and his team successfully developed and deployed the Lean Six Sigma program at RBFCU. During the first two years of the program, the credit union saved more than $1.5 million annually.

Farrow joined RBFCU in 2004. His prior experience includes experience in information services, data systems and telecommunications. Farrow holds a bachelor's degree, a master of science degree and a master of business administration degree, all from Golden Gate University.

Robert LaFosse was promoted to Vice President of Project Management and Process Improvement; in this role, he will assume the responsibilities previously handled by Farrow and will be responsible for implementing process improvement strategies throughout the credit union.

LaFosse joined RBFCU in 2006 as a business analyst, and in 2008 moved to the process improvement department. LaFosse was a key member of the team that implemented the Lean Six Sigma approach and Kaizen events.

LaFosse's previous experience includes work in information systems and telecommunications; he has been employed with companies including EUR Systems, Ernst and Young, and Hewlett Packard. LaFosse is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, where he graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting.
