LIVE OAK, Texas – During 2010, you won't have to have 20/20 vision to see Dr. Justin Kim from anywhere in the United States. The Small Business Association has chosen to feature Dr. Kim on the front cover of their 2010 National Resource Guide.

Kim, the owner of Trinity Vision Center, was featured in the magazine because of his business's relationship with Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union. When Kim decided to expand his Boerne-based practice and locate a second vision center in Bulverde, he financed his expansion through RBFCU.

"I was very fortunate to work with the RBFCU business services team as they understand the many challenges of starting up a new business," said Kim. "They provided excellent, detailed and timely service tailored to meet my needs."

The SBA magazine highlights benefits Kim received through SBA programs while establishing his practice. Kim applied for a Patriot Express Loan, available to veteran-owned small businesses, to make improvements and expansions to his practice. During 2010, every SBA office throughout the United States will receive copies of the magazine with Kim featured on the cover.

"Working with Dr. Kim to achieve his business goals is just one way RBFCU is helping to stimulate the economy and grow our South Central Texas economy," said Mark Sekula, senior vice president of business services for RBFCU. "Credit unions believe in providing small business loans to help people like Dr. Kim achieve their business goals and build a foundation for a strong financial future."
