RBFCU Promotes Villarreal to Vice President of Risk Management

LIVE OAK, Texas — In keeping with the credit union's continuing growth, Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) recently promoted Berenice Villarreal to vice president of risk management.

Villarreal is CPA licensed in Texas and also holds accredited ACH professional certification, which affirms professional competence and subject area expertise for practitioners of Automated Clearing House payments. She has six years' experience in public accounting, and more than eight years in banking with RBFCU, focusing on auditing, compliance, business banking and payments.

Villarreal is an alumnus of University of Texas San Antonio, where she double-majored in finance and accounting. In addition to her work at RBFCU, she currently serves as the treasurer for San Antonio Family Endeavors, a non-profit agency devoted to assisting homeless and disabled individuals and families.
