BARRON, POSTELLE, SANTOS ASSUME ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY AT RANDOLPH-BROOKS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
LIVE OAK, Texas – Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union announced promotions for three members of their staff. These leaders each will be responsible in different ways for providing guidance to credit union members and employees.
Angela Barron was promoted to vice president of human resources. Barron has more than 15 years of experience in business sectors, including: financial institutions, non-profits, insurance and talent management. Barron holds a master's degree in organizational management and a bachelor's degree in business administration. Barron is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a certified mediator.
Anna Postelle was promoted to vice president of business development. Postelle will supervise both the sales and business development teams, working to strengthen relationships between the credit union and community organizations. Postelle has been a member of the RBFCU team for 14 years.
James Santos was promoted to assistant vice president of training. Santos manages learning and development resources for the credit union, including the financial education team, which provides educational resources to more than 10,000 South Central Texans annually. Santos is a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force and has a master's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist University.
