RBFCU PROMOTES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADERS

LIVE OAK, Texas – As Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union continues to grow, members of the business development team have assumed additional responsibilities to facilitate excellent service for members and select groups.

Cassandra Garcia was promoted to business development operations director. In her new role, she will be responsible for strengthening relationships with current member groups, including local businesses, churches, community organizations and school districts. Garcia has been a member of the RBFCU team since 2009 and has more than 20 years experience in financial services. She is a graduate of St. Mary's University.

Mark Matthews was promoted to business development director. In this position, he will build relationships with new business partners throughout the Austin region. Matthews has been a member of the RBFCU team since 2010. His prior experience includes seven years in the lending industry.

Ralph Rodriguez was promoted to business development director. In this position, he will continue to develop relationships with new business partners in the San Antonio area. Rodriguez joined the business development team in 2008 as a business development officer. Prior to his employment at RBFCU, Rodriguez spent almost 20 years with Mexicana Airlines. Rodriguez is an alumnus of the University of Texas at San Antonio.
