customer service is a nightmare
Great bank but customer service is a nightmare, it is just very hard to get ahold of customer service representative. During my auto loan experience is was very frustrating. I would call to speak with someone then the automated message had someone call me back 25 minutes later, just to tell me they would transfer me, then when I was transfered another automated message told me I would get a call back in 20 minutes. I finally got a call back and the gentleman that I was speaking to was disconnected , he never called back either. So there I went again through this whole process. About 2 hours later I finally get all my questions answered and i also buy gap insurance, then I asked about auto insurance, the gentleman on the line told me he would have someone call me back about auto insurance. Till this day I have not had a returned phone call and nor have I called back because its takes so long to speak with someone. This system is horrible for the people who don't have a lot of time on their hands. Good bank but customer service is disappointing.

Love the customer service. the response time was really fast, and professional, even when my car was paid off within 5 days I had my title in my hand.

Low Interest Rate
I was glad to get a low interest rate for my vehicle loan, but the loan process itself really needs an overhaul. I prefer to talk to someone in person and build a repoir with that person instead of talking to a video screen. I eventually opened a checking acct. but did so online just so I didn't have to sit in front of a screen and talk to a person who was literally just down the street.
