Security Alert

We have received limited reports of a suspicious page being displayed when members attempt to access NetBranch Online. A sample of the suspicious page is shown below. While the page shows the secure symbol (the "lock" at the bottom of the window), this is not an authorized RBFCU webpage. Our research indicates that the affected members' computers have been compromised by a malicious program. If you see this page when accessing NetBranch, do not provide your sensitive, personal information. Remember, RBFCU websites will never ask for your card's security code or for your PIN.

Please contact our Member Services team if you see this or other suspicious links during your NetBranch use. Our security staff recommends updating your computer's operating systems, programs and antivirus software before accessing NetBranch Online to help protect against these attacks.
