Due to concerns, for the safety and integrity of your Federal Credit Union account we have issued this warning message. It has come to our attention that your Federal Credit Union account information needs to be validate as part of our continuing commitment to protect your account and to reduce the instance of fraud on our website.

If you could please take 5-10 minutes out of your online experience and validate your personal records, you will not run into any future problems with the online service. Once you validate your account records, your Federal Credit Union account service will not be interrupted and will continue as normal.

Unless you have initiated the contact, keep in mind that Randolph-Brooks will never request your sensitive personal, financial, or account information either by phone or email. Additionally, you should never reply to or click on links within e-mails from unknown or suspicious senders, especially those that are requesting your personal account information. If you are skeptical of an e-mail's intent, delete the message.
